On February 24, when russia started bombing all of Ukraine, many Ukrainians, in order not to panic, went to the
kitchen to cook borsch for their familiesπ¨βπ©βπ§βπ§. Borsch
became one of the main dishes
prepared by volunteers for those whose homes were bombed by the enemy. Borsch went to the front and to the
hospital.
From the first days of the war, Ukrainians prepared borsch because they
wanted to display
the symbols, signs and taste of Ukraine.
